These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VuRad ("we", "us", or "our") and its domain discovery and analysis tools. By using VuRad, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VuRad in any way, including by creating an account, signing in with Google, or browsing our site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use VuRad.

User Conduct

You agree to use VuRad only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

• Use VuRad for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or bulk export data in violation of our or third-party terms
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of VuRad

Use of Google OAuth

VuRad uses Google OAuth solely to authenticate you and identify your account. We only request the email, profile, and openid scopes from Google to identify you and personalize your experience. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's own terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of Liability

VuRad is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VuRad and its owners, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, VuRad.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any domain data, scores, or recommendations provided by VuRad. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information obtained through the service.

Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to VuRad at any time, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or are using the service in a way that could harm VuRad or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use VuRad will immediately cease. Certain provisions of these Terms, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will survive termination.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of VuRad after any changes means you accept the revised Terms.
